The cleanliness was exceptional and the owner was apologetic when our milk was mistakenly taken. The administrator, Fernando, was extremely helpful and cooked a delicious Spanish omelette. The hostel had a beautiful garden and was conveniently located near a commercial center. Ricardo organized trips and provided a cozy atmosphere. The location offered clean air, good facilities, and a great view of Volcán Barú.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shared kitchen and lounge facilities were nice. We had two beds in the same room, giving us a private room. the two shared bathrooms meant no waiting. the Spanish language school/hostel had a great vibe and the best facilities in Central America. the large garden was perfect for chilling and grilling. the receptionist, Riki, was awesome and even baked us a birthday cake. the house had a beautiful garden and a well-equipped kitchen with a great view. It was clean and quiet, just 5 minutes from the city center by taxi, which was cheap.

Spanish By The River - Boquete was a special, peaceful place with a farm-like atmosphere. The terrace with hammocks and the huge garden were great additions. The hostel was exceptionally clean and offered high-quality organic coffee. Charlie, the manager, was friendly and helpful. a relaxing experience.

Spanish By The River - Boquete was a wonderful place to stay. Set in a tranquil location with beautiful mountain views, it offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The hostel had a lovely garden with hammocks and lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with transfers and offering language lessons. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a spacious kitchen. The hostel also had a great social atmosphere, making it easy to meet other travelers. it was a great value for the price.

The hostel's location may be a bit far from the town, but it offers a peaceful and secure environment within a fenced area. the well-manicured garden with fruit trees provides a serene atmosphere. the fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and ample utensils ensures a convenient and comfortable stay.

There was no public transport available at night for those wanting to venture out into the town.

We stayed in a nice and clean place with a spacious and cozy room. the shared bathroom was very clean and well, maintained. We enjoyed the well, equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a supermarket just a 1, minute walk away. the garden provided a relaxing atmosphere, and we even spotted colibri birds and a giant butterfly. the host and staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

The staff seemed a bit disorganized at times, forgetting small things like organizing laundry service and resulting in stained clothes after washing and drying.

The gorgeous garden and hammocks where you can spot hummingbirds and other birds. The nearby shopping center and bakery were convenient.

The room was dirty and dusty, with walls in need of a fresh coat of paint. The room was also moist and had a slight odor.

spanish by the river definitely exceeded my expectations during my stopover in boquete. the manager, charlie, was incredibly motivated and worked tirelessly to make the place nicer. he organized special events for guests and even served us fresh orange juice from the garden. the room was spacious and clean, and the location was easy to reach by bus or taxi.

This hostel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. the lovely rooms provide hanging space, a rare convenience. the spacious and clean bathrooms are a pleasant surprise. Guests can enjoy the well-tended garden and terrace, complete with hammocks and comfortable furniture. the kitchen is well-equipped, and there is even the possibility of obtaining fresh eggs in the morning.

The cleanliness of the floors and bathroom could be improved.
